This can be through one of the working groups (e.g. Sustainable Village Design, Landscape and Gardening, Maintenance & Space Design, Hospitality, Community Building and Communication, Finance, IT) or by getting involved in individual projects. Participation in one of the work camps, which always take place in spring and autumn, is very popular.
